I have strong background on water resources engineering and hydrological model design. From my education and research projects, I have experience on water resources management, flood risk analysis, civil infrastructure risk analysis, and urban flood management. In my PhD study, I am working on building cloud-based real-time flood warning system and analyzing coastal city flood risk using 2-D hydrodynamic model. My current research projects are primarily focusing on flooding risk under extreme weather condition, for example, hurricane, especially under the influence of climate change and sea level rise.
